Windsor Run® is Erickson Senior Living’s first offering in North Carolina. The 60-acre campus is located in Mecklenburg County, just southeast of Charlotte and about 20 miles from the South Carolina border.

Windsor Run is expanding with a second neighborhood. The first buildings will feature 188 independent living apartment homes. The community’s first neighborhood now includes new fitness areas with a large group-fitness space and the addition of a tavern-style restaurant. Planned phased opening, starting late 2023.

Construction is underway on a third building in neighborhood two that will include 91 independent living units, new amenity spaces, and a Life Enrichment Center. Planned to open in 2024.
