Siena Lakes Construction Now Underway in North Naples, Florida

(North Naples, FL) – (September 18, 2019) —Construction has commenced at Siena Lakes, a distinctive senior living community in North Naples, Florida.  

Since the community's sales center opened in January 2019, more than 70% of the initial 175 apartment homes have been reserved.

Siena Lakes expects to welcome its first residents in 2021.

Situated on a scenic 29-acre campus just minutes from downtown Naples and many of the area's most beloved beaches, Siena Lakes will feature luxurious one-level apartment homes, many with views of the community's lakes and water features. Residents can choose from a variety of one and two bedroom floor plans that can all be customized to match their personal preferences.

Siena Lakes takes its name from the Tuscan town of Siena, Italy, which is known for its beauty, charm, and culture. Buildings are being constructed with stone, wood, wrought iron, and tile to create a true Tuscan feel. Bessolo Design Group, out of Tampa Bay, Florida, is the architect for the $300-million-dollar development project. Kaufman Lynn Construction was the general contractor for the sales center and is also serving as the construction consultant for the community.

In addition to bringing quality senior living to the area, Siena Lakes will also create employment opportunities in management, sales, health care, culinary arts, and other hospitality fields.
