Bell Pavilion adds 168 new independent living homes to campus
Lantern Hill opened its brand-new residential building, Bell Pavilion, in October 2019. Bell Pavilion adds 168 independent living apartments to the developed and managed Erickson Living senior living community in New Providence, New Jersey. The name pays homage to the inventive spirit of Lantern Hill's neighbor, Bell Laboratories.

Bell Pavilion features underground parking, a new bistro and wine bar, and courtyard amenities like a bocce court, fitness center, fire pit, and community gardens. Each of the new apartment homes, from large one-bedroom to luxurious two-bedroom floor plans, can all be customized to match residents' personal preferences. Other features include high ceilings throughout and open layouts, modernized kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.
A climate-controlled walkway connects Bell Pavilion to the Union Square clubhouse, where multiple dining venues, an all-season pool and fitness center, medical center, art studio, library, theater, and salon are located. In addition to independent senior living, Lantern Hill offers assisted living, sub-acute rehabilitation, nursing care, and memory care in its continuing care neighborhood located on campus.
